The Aces continued their run of excellence at the Class 6A state meet. For the sixth straight season, Wichita East nished in the top four, and for the third straight season, the Aces brought back a trophy, nishing in third place. Astrid Dirkzwager won the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke, and the Aces also won the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
