VYPE Kansas

Week 3 football schedule

By Joanna Chadwick

The game of the night is Derby (1-1) at Bishop Carroll (2-0).

This is always an outstanding game between two of the state’s top programs.

Both teams have high caliber players in the backfield — Carroll has Aiden Niedens at quarterback and Hunter Trail at running back, while Derby has Lem Wash at QB and Dylan Edwards at running back.

This is one of those games where predictions seem pretty unnecessary — because it’s too close to call.
