Pitcher and outfielder for Beloit High School varsity softball, Chloe Odle, is excited to return to competition after missing out on her freshman year and a chance to play with sister Darby, who is now at Friends University.
“Last year Beloit graduated a lot of seniors, making us a young team this season. Recently many records have been broken and I hope we will continue to break more this year. I think we will have a great season and definitely will be a team to watch out for,” said Odle.
Odle loves playing softball for her high school and her traveling team, Kansas Renegades.
“What I love most about my team is that we push each other to be the best and the healthy competition that forms between the players. My favorite thing about my teammates is that we are all friends not only during softball, but outside of softball too,” said Odle.
Outside of softball, Odle is a member of the school volleyball team and she’s on the cheer squad.
“At school I am part of the SAFE committee, foreign language club, science club, and B club,” said Odle. “After high school I would like to continue my softball career and get a degree in architecture.”
In her free time Odle enjoys spending time with family and friends.
