Boys

Andover 72, Valley Center 60 — Andover was led by C. Harris with 17 points, Eli Shetlar and B. Harris had 12, Kim 11, Klein and Devon Neal-McFarthing with 10. Noah Simmons scored 17, Kade Wilson scored 14 and Dale Petrie had 11 for Valley Center. Valley Center trailed by as many as 18 points but cut it to three points in the fourth quarter.

Andover Central 69, Eisenhower 48

Beloit 57, Republic County 33

Bishop Carroll 43, Southeast 41 — Mikey Brand made the go-ahead basket with .6 seconds remaining.

Buhler 65, Collegiate 61 OT — Jackson Voth had a game-high 25 points to lead Buhler in the win, and teammates Grant Ricker added 19, Wade Meyer 12. Jack Duarte scored 26 and Wesley Fair had 22 for Collegiate.

Chaparral 62, Garden Plain 47

Circle 63, Andale 56 — McGinnis made four three-pointers and led Circle with 16 points, while Middleton had 12. Nathan Nemechek had 15 points, while teammates Jacksyn Potucek and Wyatt Spexarth each had 12 for Andale.

Clearwater 45, Augusta 33 — Clearwater’s Hastings and Klausmeyer each scored 15 points — Hastings hit five three-pointers.

Conway Springs 41, Trinity Academy 39 — Izic Billups had a game-high 15 points to lead Conway Springs in the win. D. Wertenberger scored 13 points for Trinity.

Halstead 63, Nickerson 54 — Creed hit a game-high 27 points for Halstead and Swift had 16. C. Linn led Nickerson with 23 points and Tatro had 14, hitting four three-pointers. Halstead trailed 19-5 after the first quarter but had a 44-42 lead heading into the fourth.

Haven 45, Hoisington 43 — Brant Sipe had 16 points and Dalton Schrag 15 in the win. B. Tomson led Hoisington with 15 points and eight rebounds.

Heights 58, Northwest 52 — Marcus Zeigler scored 19 to lead Heights, and Dreylin Kemp and TJ Williams each had 13, Chase Harris 11. Harris also had four assists and four steals, Kemp had nine rebounds and four steals, Williams four blocks. Kee’on Hutton led Northwest with 20, Kevin Brown had 16 and Tasean Williams 10.

Hillsboro 69, Smoky Valley 46

Hutchinson 59, Derby 56 — Derby took a 51-44 fourth-quarter lead on two straight baskets by senior Jameer Clemons. But Hutchinson went on an 11-0 run and finished with a 15-5 run in the final 3:57. Derby’s Dallas Metzger, who scored 10 points, hit his second three with 10.2 seconds to go to get within 57-56. But Hutchinson’s Garrett Robertson hit 4 of 4 free throws in the final 19.5 seconds and was 8 of 8 in the fourth quarter. Clemons and DeShawne Titus each ahd 13 points for Derby.

Kapaun 59, North 31 — Kapaun was led by Henry Thengvall, Teagan Charles and Will Anciaux, who each had 10 points.

Kingman 68, Belle Plaine 56

Lakin 75, Leoti 62 — Connor Hudson led Lakin with 24 points, Servando Gonzalez has 22 and Allen Martinez 21.

Macksville 76, LaCrosse 43

Maize 67, Newton 38 — Kyle Grill and Avery Johnson both scored 15 points and Jaden Gustafson had 10 in the win as 11 players scored. Joe Slechta led Newton with 17 points.

Maize South 57, Campus 53 — Isaiah Atwater hit two free throws with 7.4 seconds remaining to ice the game.

Mulvane 63, Winfield 52 — Ian Comer scored a game-high 25 points, and teammates Mason Ellis and Landon Coe added 16 and 13.

Rose Hill 73, El Dorado 58 — Adriel Smith scored 26 and Kellan Simoneau had 24 to lead Rose Hill.

Salina Central 49, Salina South 35 — Sid Duplessis had 25 to lead Salina Central. Salina South was led by Tejon McDaniel’s 16 points and 13 rebounds.

Sedan 32, Cedar Vale-Dexter 20 — Damieon Hatten had 11 points for Sedan, Keaton Dickens 10.

Sedgwick 39, Remington 36 — Darren Crumrine earned his 300th career win as Lance Hoffsommer scored 17 points.  Remington’s Scribner scored 17.

Cheney 78, Medicine Lodge 32 — Brynn McCormick made five three-pointers and led Cheney with 19 points. Brooklyn Wewe had 14 points and Campbell Hague 12. Rachel Fischer scored 18 for Medicine Lodge.

Clearwater 67, Augusta 45 — Taylee Hatton hit five of Clearwater’s nine three-pointers and had 15 points, while teammate Elizabeth Tjaden scored a team-high 17 points, Brooke Berline had 15, Carli Carlson 11 points and seven assists.

Derby 73, Hutchinson 44 — Addy Brown led Derby with 28 points

Doniphan West 58, Axtell 25 — J. Taylor had 18 points for Doniphan West.

Douglass 60, Independent 43

El Dorado 30, Rose Hill 28 — El Dorado snaps its 31-game losing streak with the win.

Garden Plain 58, Chaparral 37 — Molly Zoglman had 13 points, Carly Hitt 11 and Madelyn Rolfs with 10 to lead Garden Plain. Brooke Hammond had seven rebounds, Calia Puetz six. Mattelyn Swartz led Chaparral with 14 points and Faith Gates had 10.

Hesston 51, Pratt 27

Maize 39, Newton 24 — Madison Lambert’s 11 led Maize in the win. Amaree Henderson scored 13 to lead Newton.

Nickerson 57, Halstead 38 — Nickerson’s Allen scored a team-high 19 points, K. Ontjes had 17 and Ponds scored 10 in the win. D. Schutte scored 21, hitting four three-pointers for Halstead.

Remington 49, Sedgwick 43 — Hays scored 16 to lead Remington, while Sedgwick’s Rogers had 11.

Salina Central 51, Salina South 36 — Chaliscia Samilton scored 18 points and had nine rebounds in Salina Central’s win.

Sedan 56, Cedar Vale-Dexter — Landrea Sears led Sedan with 16 points, Madison Holt 13 and Madi Hurt 10.
