Hutchinson Community College will be hosting a baseball and softball umpire training on Saturday April 9 and Saturday April 23. There will be a lecture from 9 am to 4 pm on the 9th at the HCCC Shears Technology Center Justice Theater and on-field training will take place on the 23rd from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm at Fun Valley Sports Complex, that will include live games.
The cost is $35 for both days of training.
Completing this officials training will prepare prospective umpires to begin umpiring and start the road to unlimited learning potential.
