Between sports seasons, you can always find Inman’s Morgan Froese putting in the work to be at her strongest on the court.
“In the offseason between sports I always push harder in the gym to be as strong as I can for when the season starts,” Froese said. “This will help me improve how strong I am in the paint.”
Having experienced the atmosphere of state last year, Froese and her teammates are hungry to go even further.
“I am very excited for this season and expect all of the girls to respond well,” Froese said. “We got that taste of state last year and are hungry to get that back. I like to push myself past limits I think I’m capable of. I really think that has given me the drive and discipline I have. I hope to improve across the board.”
With lots of potential and team chemistry, Froese is eager for the times she’ll share with her teammates and coaches.
“I’m most excited about the chemistry we’ll have as a team,” Froese said. “The girls are so fun to be around and so are the coaches. Coach Harris and Coach Eddy treat us like their kids, which makes the team feel like a family.”
Froese hopes to continue her volleyball career after high school, as well as further her education journey.
“My plans after high school are to go and play collegiate volleyball,” Froese said. “Career wise I am still not 100 percent set, but as of right now I am planning to study Sports Marketing.”
