Ashton McCorry (Bishop Carroll)

Bringing energy and toughness every time she steps on the floor, Ashton plays with athleticism, fearlessness, and strong instincts. She knows how to score, create advantages and get her teammates open, and she competes with an edge that can completely change the feel of a game.

Brooke Steven (Bishop Carroll)

In the junior point guard role, Brooke has grown tremendously and truly found her voice as a leader. She works tirelessly, regularly putting in extra time outside of practice, and does an excellent job controlling tempo and seeing the floor. Her competitiveness, willingness to be coached, and commitment to improving every part of her game make her a steady presence for Bishop Carroll.

Mia Hansen (Blue Valley Southwest)
A senior standout at Blue Valley Southwest, Mia recently set the school single-game scoring record with a 34-point performance on Jan. 13. Through nine games she is averaging 15 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two assists per contest. Her résumé already includes All‑EKL and all‑state mentions in each of the past two seasons. A versatile two-way force, she continues to raise the bar for the program.

Molleigh Kaminska (Caney Valley)
Caney Valley’s junior forward is a double-double threat every night, averaging 12.3 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. She is shooting an efficient 57% from the field and has been a major reason for the team’s 9–1 start. Physical on the glass and reliable around the rim, she gives the Bullpups a strong inside presence. Her consistency has anchored both the offense and the defense.

Elyn Washburn (Caney Valley)
At point guard, a sophomore has emerged as one of the most productive players in the state. Elyn is averaging 17.8 points, 9.4 rebounds and five assists per game, remarkable numbers for a young floor general. She controls tempo, rebounds like a forward, and creates easy looks for her teammates. With her scoring and playmaking, she has become the engine of Caney Valley’s 9–1 start.

Rylynn David (Central Burden)
In the backcourt, Rylynn has stepped up as Central Burden’s leading scorer this season. She’s averaging 12 points, 3.5 assists and three rebounds per game while helping guide the team to a 7–3 record. Her ability to create offense and distribute has been critical to their early success.

Raegen Black (Cheney)
Cheney’s guard brings a steady scoring punch and defensive spark every night. She is averaging 11.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.3 steals per game. Able to impact the game on both ends, she fits seamlessly into Cheney’s up-tempo style. Her activity in the passing lanes often turns into quick transition points.

Landry Voth (Cheney)
Another key piece for Cheney, Landry averages 9.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 2.4 steals per game. She crashes the boards hard from the perimeter and brings toughness to the defensive end. Her ability to score, rebound, and generate turnovers makes her a true glue player. Night in and night out, she provides the kind of hustle that changes games.

Charlize Cash (Concordia)
Concordia’s four-year starter has etched her name all over the school record book. This season she is averaging 11.1 points with 100 total points, 68 rebounds, 36 assists and 40 steals while shooting 84.8% from the free-throw line (28-for-33). For her career, she has 764 points (9th all-time), 287 assists (3rd), 486 rebounds (10th) and 236 steals (3rd) at Concordia. A multi-time NCKL All-League pick with all-state honors in each of the past two seasons, she brings leadership, toughness, and elite playmaking to the Panthers.

Macayla Askew (Derby)

Macayla Askew is our engine and leader. She leads the team in points, assists, rebounds, and steals — doing it all, every night.

Aysia Fox (Derby)

Aysia Fox is on another level — stuffing the stat sheet and showing elite consistency. In a stretch of four games in five days, she posted 3 double-doubles.

Siaunna Carter (Derby)

Siaunna Carter brings nonstop energy — dominating the defensive boards and scoring at all three levels.

Alex Dinsmore (Derby)

Alex is locking people up. Her speed and length make life tough for opponents and take away easy looks.

Kaeleigh Daniels (Erie)
Erie’s offense looks very different when its leader is off the floor, which speaks to Kaeleigh’s importance. A top scorer and primary ballhandler, she attacks the rim, fights for rebounds, and helps take care of the ball under pressure. Her ability to make plays in traffic keeps opponents off balance. Simply put, Erie can’t afford to be without her for long stretches.

Abbie Gorman (Fort Scott)
Fort Scott’s senior combo guard is averaging 13 points, 3.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game. At 5-foot-6 she is a talented defender who can score at all three levels and find open teammates. As an extension of the coach on the floor, she affects the game in a variety of ways on both offense and defense. Her decision making and toughness make her a true floor general.

Laurali Clark (Fort Scott)
A solid all-around sophomore guard, Laurali is averaging 10 points, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game. She has shown steady improvement each outing and has become a reliable scoring option. Her ability to contribute on both ends gives Fort Scott needed depth in the backcourt. As her confidence grows, so does her impact.

Hailey Schmidtlein (Hayden)
Hayden’s sophomore star already holds multiple Division I offers and is playing like it. She is averaging 18 points and eight rebounds per game while also piling up 4.5 steals a night. Her size, activity and instincts make her a nightmare on defense and a constant problem on the glass. With her recruiting profile and production, she is clearly one of Kansas’ rising stars.

Jenna Schmeidler (Hays)
Hays features a complete two-way guard who impacts the game in every facet. Jenna is averaging 19 points, four assists and five rebounds per contest and has already been named WAC Player of the Year as a freshman. Her ability to score, distribute and defend makes her the centerpiece of the Indians’ attack. She continues to build on what is already an impressive high school résumé.

Zoe Winter (Hays)
A four-year player and three-year starter, Zoe provides toughness and stability for Hays. She is averaging 12.4 points, six rebounds and two steals per game this season. An exceptional young woman on and off the floor, she is set to continue her career at Southern Nazarene in Bethany, Oklahoma, next year. Her leadership and experience have been invaluable to the program’s success.

Amiley Lewis (Hugoton)
Hugoton’s dynamic point guard is the engine that makes the Lady Eagles go. She can score at all three levels and is capable of putting up big numbers, but she consistently chooses the right play over chasing stats. Her ability to create for herself and others allows her to average around 17 points per game while still prioritizing winning. With major strides from her freshman to sophomore year, she has emerged as one of the best guards in Kansas.

Emily Tinoco (Hugoton)
A four-year starter, Emily is the glue that holds Hugoton together. Her high basketball IQ shows in her ability to play multiple positions on both ends, shifting into whatever role the team needs most. She may not be an explosive scorer every night, but she has big-game capability and is a terrific spot-up shooter who has improved her ability to get to the rim. On a young roster, her versatility allows others to stay in more simplified roles, making the entire team better.

Danai Morgan (Hutchinson)
Hutchinson has a special freshman running the show at point guard. Danai is averaging 13 points, four  rebounds, four assists and three steals per game midway through her first varsity season. She plays with poise beyond her years and has already become a key piece of the program’s future. Coaches are excited about what lies ahead for her both in high school and beyond.

Brooklyn Mattix (Independence)
Independence’s leader fills every column of the box score. She is averaging 10.6 points, 7.4 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.6 steals per game, impacting all areas of the game. Brooklyn’s relentless effort and commitment to improvement have made her the heart of the team. As a vocal leader on and off the court, she sets the standard for the Bulldogs.

Kaylea Lemos (Independence)
Returning from last year’s injury, Kaylea has picked up right where she left off and then some. She leads Independence in scoring at 14.1 points per game, while also averaging 8.2 rebounds and 3.1 steals. Her ability to make plays on both ends and attack in multiple ways gives the team a true go-to option. With her toughness and playmaking, she has had a huge impact on this season’s success.

Zoey Buckner-Franklin (Kapaun Mount Carmel)
Kapaun Mount Carmel’s rising talent brings length, skill and versatility to the lineup. She defends multiple positions, can stretch the floor and fits seamlessly into a winning culture. As her role continues to grow, she is becoming a key piece of Kapaun’s future. Her upside and competitiveness make her a name to remember.

Jadyn Crosby (Larned)
Larned’s junior standout is in the midst of an outstanding season. She is averaging 18 points and seven rebounds per game while being very active defensively. Jadyn is shooting 42% from three and 50% from two, making her highly efficient from all over the floor. With that combination of scoring and efficiency, she has become one of the top guards in central Kansas.

Lauren Sleder (Larned)
Another breakout performer for Larned, Lauren is having an excellent sophomore year. She averages 11 points and five rebounds per game and brings four steals and four deflections a night with her defensive pressure. Shooting 54% from two, and she finishes well around the basket. Her activity and energy give Larned a second standout in the lineup.

Lexee Shipp (Maize)
Maize’s heartbeat is a natural leader who glues everything together. Lexee is an elite defender who also gets to the rim with ease on offense, all while maintaining a high basketball IQ. Her work ethic is exceptional; she leads by example, handles challenges with maturity and finds time to excel in multiple sports and school activities — from flag football and soccer to Student Council, Big/Little, and Red Rage. She may not always lead the box score, but her voice, leadership and competitiveness are irreplaceable.

Heidi Williams (Maize)
A standout freshman, Heidi makes an immediate impact every time she steps on the floor. She has battled back from an ankle injury and returned even stronger, showing resilience and toughness. Her high IQ and exceptional court vision allow her to read defenses, make smart decisions and elevate the play of everyone around her. With her early poise and feel for the game, she looks like a future star.

Brittani Peschel (Mulvane)
Mulvane’s floor general is putting together a huge all-around season. Brittani leads the Wildcats in scoring (16.9 per game), assists (6.6 per game) and steals (3.7 per game) and is second in rebounds at 3.9 per game. She handles pressure, runs the offense, pushes in transition and consistently gets teammates good looks thanks to her court vision. Stronger and more confident than ever, she understands she’ll get everyone’s best shot and embraces that challenge.

Kylie Schwanke (Mulvane)
As a senior captain, Kylie is a vital part of Mulvane’s success even when the stat sheet doesn’t tell the whole story. She averages 7.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game, but her leadership, communication and willingness to do the little things are what truly set her apart. Earlier this season she showed her scoring potential by breaking the school’s single-game three-point record, hitting 7 of 12 from deep. A trusted voice and go-to teammate off the floor, she is a great player, great leader and even better person.

Eve Long (Olathe South)

Few players in the state are having a more dominant season than Eve. She is averaging 32 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and two blocks per game, has been selected to the midseason Naismith team and is a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee. She set the Sophie Cunningham Classic scoring record with 44 points against Principia High School and was named the event’s most valuable player, highlighting just how special her season has been.

Macy Price (Olathe South)

Macy provides balance and toughness in the Olathe South backcourt. She is averaging 11 points, 2.5 assists and two steals per game, and her steady guard play will continue at the next level, as she is committed to Simpson College for basketball next season.

Faith McCallop (Piper)
Piper’s point guard is a relentless competitor with a motor that never stops. Signed with Central Arkansas, she is averaging 23.4 points, 4.5 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 4.5 steals per game. Faith controls the game with her athleticism and ball-handling, pushing tempo and setting the tone defensively. A true floor general, she is one of the most dynamic guards in Kansas.

Camden Franklin (Rawlins County)
Rawlins County’s junior guard stuffs the stat sheet and the record book. She is averaging 20.2 points, 4.1 assists and 5.2 steals per game this season, with highs of 32 points, 8 assists and 8 steals in a single outing. For her career she has 746 points (13th all-time), 222 steals (second), 186 assists (fifth), 58 made threes (seventh) and 191 made free throws (fifth) in school history. Giving 100% every night, she sets the tone with her energy and relentless play.

Kayte Shively (Rawlins County)
A senior board warrior, Kayte is averaging 16.9 points, 13.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game. Her career totals — 919 points (fifth all-time), 746 rebounds (second), 164 steals (12th), 46 made threes (10th) and 191 made free throws (fifth) — speak to her sustained excellence. With season highs of 33 points, 17 rebounds, 6 steals and 5 blocks, she dominates the paint and leaves a huge void when she’s not on the court. Her toughness and presence inside define Rawlins County’s identity.

Bethany Simmelink (Rock Hills)
Rock Hills’ senior star has eclipsed 1,000 career points and surpassed 300 assists and 260 steals, all while standing just 5-foot-4. She is leading the Lady Grizzlies to a #5 ranking in 1A Division I — the highest in school history — and an 8–2 record heading into league tournament play as the top seed. Currently, she averages 24.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 4.9 steals per game. Coachable, relentless and constantly in the gym, she has become one of the premier players in Kansas in any class.

Kaimey Evans (Rural Vista)
Rural Vista’s sophomore guard brings scoring, toughness and versatility. She is averaging 15 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.1 steals and three assists per game. Her activity on defense generates extra possessions and she contributes on the glass like a forward. With that all-around production, she has quickly become a cornerstone of the program.

Lilliana Stilwell (Rural Vista)
Another talented sophomore for Rural Vista, Lilliana is averaging 13 points, 4.9 rebounds, three assists and three steals per game. She plays with energy on both ends and fills multiple roles in the backcourt. Her ability to score, distribute and defend gives the team a second young star. Together with Kaimey, she forms one of the more exciting sophomore duos in the state.

Alex Crouse (St. Thomas Aquinas)
St. Thomas Aquinas has been built around its four-year starter, who has helped the Saints win two of the last three Class 5A state championships. Signed with Stephen F. Austin, she leads the team this year at 18.4 points and 4.4 rebounds per game through nine contests. Her championship experience, scoring ability and leadership are invaluable in big moments. She continues to uphold Aquinas’ tradition of excellence.

Laila Boylan (Saint Thomas Aquinas)
Another cornerstone for Aquinas, Laila has started for three seasons and commands the offense from the point. She holds multiple Division I offers from programs such as Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska. This season she is averaging 11.1 points, 5.4 assists and 2.9 steals per game, showcasing her ability to both create and disrupt. With her vision and defensive pressure, she’s one of the most complete point guards in Kansas.

Ella Vondracek (Sedgwick)
Sedgwick relies on a sophomore who is producing in one of the toughest leagues in the state. Ella is averaging 14 points and 6 rebounds per game while also handling the ball about half the time. She brings size, poise and versatility to the floor despite her youth. A high-character, team-first player, she is quickly becoming the foundation of the program.

Jakayla Davis (St. Mary’s-Colgan)
St. Mary’s-Colgan features one of the most explosive scorers in Kansas. Jakayla is averaging 31.3 points per game and dropped 43 before Christmas in a win over Riverton, while shooting 49% from three and 84% at the free-throw line. She also averages six rebounds, five assists, seven deflections, and four steals per game, impacting every facet of the contest. With that level of production and efficiency, she is firmly in the conversation among the state’s elite players.

Marija Sikic (Sunrise Christian Academy)
Sunrise Christian’s 5-foot-11 senior wing from Belgrade, Serbia, is a key piece for the 10–2 Lady Buffaloes. In her third year at SCA, she leads the team at 12.75 points per game and adds 4.6 rebounds per contest. She shoots 37.2% from three and 69% from the line, stretching defenses with her perimeter touch. Known for her work ethic, leadership and excellence in the classroom, she embodies what Sunrise Christian is all about.

Lilly Hoffman (Udall)
Udall’s star guard is putting up some of the best numbers in Class 2A. According to MaxPreps, she averages 18.9 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, ranks second in made threes with 33, adds 3.8 steals and 1.2 blocks per contest, and has recorded four double-doubles. In the SCBL she leads nearly every major statistical category. With a tireless work ethic, endless range and a drive to keep improving, she is poised for an even bigger second half of the season.

Jada Davis (Wichita East)
Wichita East’s freshman guard is already a matchup problem every night. A hard-nosed competitor, she is averaging 17 points, five steals, five rebounds and four assists per game in her debut season. She does whatever it takes to be successful, attacking on both ends and setting the tone for the Blue Aces. With that kind of start, her ceiling is incredibly high.

Miya Respress (Wichita East)
Another impact freshman for Wichita East, Miya is an absolute warrior in the paint and in transition. She runs the floor, finishes at a very high rate, and owns the glass — if she gets a hand on a rebound, it is hers. Miya is averaging 15 points and nine rebounds per game in her first season. Her physicality and relentless effort give East a dominant interior presence to pair with its young backcourt.

Destiny Maze (Wichita Heights)

Impacting Wichita Heights in ways that go far beyond one column of the stat sheet, Destiny has developed into a versatile Class of 2027 shooting guard. She is averaging over 15 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game, while adding 3.1 steals, consistently creating extra possessions through offensive rebounding and aggressive, anticipatory defense. Destiny plays with poise beyond her years, embraces a growth mindset and is willing to do all the small things, making her a high-upside prospect with a very bright future; she has already posted a season high of 25 points.

Aniyah Harris (Wichita Heights)

Steady, reliable senior leadership is what Aniyah brings to Wichita Heights. She is averaging 12.6 points per game on 44-percent shooting from the field and consistently delivers when composure and execution are required. Aniyah understands tempo, values possessions and leads through both her voice and her example, using her defensive pressure, decision-making and accountability to elevate everyone around her. She is a trusted presence in high-leverage moments and has recorded a season high of 23 points while shooting 78 percent on two-point attempts in that performance.
