TEAM PREVIEW
The Salthawks return three players who were either first or second team all-league last season. Inside linebacker Jack Hawver (6-0, 198) was
first team all-league last year and Vernon thinks he is poised for an even bigger season. Hutchinson’s defense also returns interior lineman
David Waymire (6-1, 234), who made second team all-league. On offense, Alec McCuan rushed for 1,000 yards last season and was a second team all-league performer. Vernon said to expect McCuan to play all over the field this season. With so many returning players with experience, Hutchinson could make a significant jump in the league standings.
