Andover Central hires new boys basketball coach

Andover Central has hired Tyler Richardson to be its new basketball coach, according to a statement released Wednesday morning.

Richardson has been a Health and P.E. teacher at Andover Central Middle School for the past eight years and has also been an assistant coach under Joe Auer at Heights for the past 15 years.

Richardson will be replacing Jesse Herrmann, who resigned last month. Herrmann led the Jaguars to a 5A title in 2019.
