MCPHERSON TOURNEY

McPherson 67, Wellington 29 — Grace Pyle had 19 points — hitting 7 of 14 field goals, including 4 of 9 threes — and had 14 rebounds, five assists and four blocks. Cassie Cooks had 10 points and nine rebounds, while Ella Schmid had 10 points.

Wellington was led by Ali Zeka’s 13 points and seven rebounds.

McPherson has won its two tournament games by an average of 79.5-28.5.

Wichita Northwest 56, Ulysses 30 — Isis Sanders had 21 points to lead Northwest, and teammate Daysha Ongunbiyi had 14 points. Maycee James added 10 rebounds, eight assists and six steals, while Taria Franklin had 10 rebounds.

NEWTON TOURNEY

Dodge City 54, Bishop Carroll 35 — Camree Johnson scored a game-high 16 points for Dodge City. Autumn Trail had five steals for Carroll.
