Boys

Andover 72, Salina South 42 — Five players scored in double figures for Andover — Eli Shetlar with 18 points on four three-pointers, Chris Harris 14, BJ Redic 13 and Blake Rucker 11. Cabuncal scored 15 points and Sajdak 13 for Salina South.

Andover Central 55, Arkansas City 37 — Kobe Smith scored 20, and Jayden Brown made four three-pointers, finishing with 14 for Andover Central. Pierce had 12 for Ark City.

Augusta 60, Winfield 44 — Eleven players scored for Augusta, which was led by Kaden McDaniel’s 20 points. Logan Ruddle had 11. Winfield’s Thiel hit four three-pointers and scored 19 points and Madrigal had 15.

Bennington 51, Berean Academy 34

Bishop Carroll 73, Wichita North 48 — Mikey Brand scored 24 points, John Hauserman 15 and Colin Tran 12 in Carroll’s victory. North was led by Julian Banuelos’ 14 and Joshua McCoy had 10.

Burlington 67, Eureka 20

Canton-Galva 53, Goessel 52 OT — Goessel’s Joey Lapp had 19 points, 11 rebounds, Koy Smith 11 points and Noah Schrag 10.

Central-Burden 72, Oxford 70

Cheney 67, Kingman 49

Collegiate 76, Clearwater 38 — Sebastian Hines Turner scored 24 points to lead Collegiate, and teammates Carter Drumright scored 13, Jaden Parker 12, AJ Batiste 11.

Independent 53, Conway Springs 41 — Conar Harris had 13 points for Independent, Christian Dean 12. Nash Johnson and Taylor Wykes each scored 13 points for Conway Springs.

Kapaun 69, Wichita Northwest 41 — Kapaun and Northwest were tied at 12-all at the end of the first quarter. But Kapaun went on a 15-3 run in the second quarter. Twelve Kapaun players scored and Will Thengvall scored all 17 of his game-high points in the first three quarters. Tasean Williams scored 11 and Jerome Henderson 10 for Northwest.

Maize 64, Newton 51 — Alan Hanna had 21 points and Alec Grill hit four threes for 12 points. C. Carr had 22 points and E. Entz 12 for Newton.

Maize South 54, Campus 42

McPherson 71, Mulvane 48 — McPherson’s Kyden Thompson scored a game-high 20 points, hitting 7 of 10 field goals and 6 of 6 free throws. He also had nine assists and four steals. Mason Miller had 13 points and eight rebounds, four assists and three blocks. Gabe Pyle had 12 points, Cory Muehler six rebounds, four steals. Mulvane’s Manny Myers hit 6 of 8 from the field, including 4 of 5 from three, for a team-high 16 points. Kaiden Abosolo scored 13 points and Aiden McKee had 10 points, six rebounds and five assists.

Medicine Lodge 57, Garden Plain 54 — Medicine Lodge took the lead in the final minute.

Wichita Heights 71, Wichita West 44 — TJ Williams scored 20 points for Heights, Marcus Zeigler 16 and Amalachi Wilkins 13 in the victory. Chase Robinson had seven rebounds, three assists and three steals, Williams had nine rebounds, four assists, Zeigler four blocks and Jordan Okon seven rebounds. Semaj James and Gavyn Phillips each had 11 points for West and Lajasey Valdez had 10.

Bishop Carroll 56, Wichita North 16 — Leah Henke led all scorers with 18 points, all in the first three periods.

Central-Burden 43, Oxford 41

Cheney 58, Kingman 27 — Ten Cheney players scored, and the Cardinals were led by Reagan Ayres.

Circle 38, Buhler 37 — Circle’s Kya Thornton had 15 points in the win for Circle. Stallman had 10 points for Buhler.

Clay Center 45, Abilene 31

Clearwater 53, Collegiate 14 — Elizabeth Tjaden scored 17 points to lead Clearwater and Camryn Clevenger had 15.

Haven 56, Nickerson 52 2OT — Haven got the double overtime win over Nickerson. Sienna DeFrain had 22 points, eight rebounds, four steals. Sadie Estill had 12 points, four assists, seven rebounds and five steals, and Avery Brawner had 15 points, 7 rebounds, BrieAnn Brawner five assists.

Maize South 68, Campus 19 — Kaylee Brunton had six rebounds, six steals and 11 points for Maize South. Avery Lowe set Maize South’s school record with 79 blocks.

McPherson 60, Mulvane 30 — Karter Alvord scored 17 points and Jordan Sears 10 points, eight rebounds in the victory. Madi Moors and Chloe Clevenger each had five steals. Moors also had four assists, Alvord five. Mulvane’s Teagan Garrison scored 15 points and Lauren Young had 10 rebounds.

Wellington 44, Andale 34 — Val Norwood scored 18 and Britt Zeka 14 as the Crusaders remain unbeaten after handing Andale its first loss.

Wichita Northwest 58, Kapaun 54 — Kamyra Barber scored 21 points to lead Northwest, Nascent Robinson had 15 and Mckenzie Edwards 11. Kapaun’s Sophia Gimino had 14 points and Lizzie Romer 13.

Wichita South 67, Wichita East 55 — Mahogany Butler scored 21 points, RaMya Kennedy 15 and Zion Butler 14 in the win for South.

Hoisington 49, Halstead 42 — Moore scored 24 and Haxton 12 in Hoisington’s win. Halstead was led by Creed, who had 13, and S. Johnson’s 10 points.
