Boys

Abilene 52, Salina Central 51 — Abilene led 40-22 midway through the third and trailed 51-50 in the final 30 seconds to go.

Andover 58, BV Southwest 45

Andover Central 71, Bishop Miege 67 OT — Kobe Smith scored 20 points, Brian Perry 16 and Jayden Brown 13 for Andover Central. Brown hit 7 of 8 free throws in overtime.

Augusta 55, Girard 49 — Kaden McDaniel scored 16 to lead Augusta, Gavin Kiser had 14, Marcus McClanahan 12. McDowell scored 19 for Girard.

Belle Plaine 69, Chaparral 64

Bishop Carroll 64, SM South 64 — Mikey Brand scored 19 points, and Van Haneberg and John Hauserman each had 18 in the win for Bishop Carroll. Haneberg hit 4 of 5 from three. Ben Webb scored 19 for SM South.

BV West 73, Wichita East 54 — BV West’s Quentin Robertson scored 27 and Eli Lovich had 24 in the win. Wichita East’s Manuel Martinez scored 12 and had 10 rebounds, and Javon Rogers scored 11.

Buhler 57, Liberal 48

Cheney 88, Winfield 64

Circle 49, Wellington 48

Collegiate 71, Arkansas City 57 — Collegiate came back from being down 38-29 at the half and then outscored Ark City 26-11 in the final period.

Cunningham 61, Norwich 58

Dodge City 58, Newton 56 3 OT — Dodge City trailed by six points heading into the fourth quarter before mounting its comeback and pushing the game to three overtimes. Dodge City’s Isaiah Taylor scored 19, Anthony Perez had 11 rebounds and Tristen Buller eight. Newton’s Camden Carr scored 29 points and had nine rebounds, four steals. Teammate Dellen Claassen scored 13 and had 20 rebounds.

Garden Plain 71, Halstead 53 — Seth Dugan scored 20 points, Kaeden Kasselman 12 and Max McGregor 13 for Garden Plain.

Haven 41, Andale 38 — Andale trailed Haven 27-11 at the half, but Haven was able to hang on for the three-point win.

Hesston 59, Remington 36 — Hesston’s Jake Proctor hit 11 of 17 field goals and 8 of 10 free throws for a game-high 32 points. Jackson Fry had seven steals.

Hutchinson 67, Maize South 56 — Hutchinson’s Garrett Robertson had 19 points, Terrell King 17 and Wade Meyer 12 in the win. Meyer also had seven rebounds, Robertson six rebounds and four assists. Maize South was led by Jaylen Maize, who made 14 of 18 free throws and scored 20 points with six rebounds, and Michael Kates, who had 20 points.

Junction City 65, Derby 59 — Junction City’s Deontae Baker scored 18 points, hitting 3 of 4 threes and Jackson Austin scored 15, hitting 4 of 5 threes as the Blue Jays shot 7 of 10 from three and 21 of 33 from the field, 16 of 25 from the free-throw line. Derby’s Kaeson Fisher-Brown scored 18 points and had eight assists, Dallas Metzger scored 15, Kaden Franklin 14. Caleb Brown had six rebounds

Kapaun 65, Great Bend 50 — Teagan Charles and William Thengvall each scored 12 points for Kapaun, and Corbin Johnson had 11.

Lawrence Free State 62, McPherson 56 — Free State had four in double figures — Tay Daniels with 13 and Jailen Thompson, Zeek Brown and Will Mlynek each with 12. McPherson’s Mason Miller had 14 points, and Cory Muehler and Kyden Thompson each had 10. Thompson had seven assists.

Maize 67, Valley Center 44 — Brayden Myovela scored 18 points, Booth had 16, Stover 12 for Maize in the win. Lefto scored 15 for Valley Center, Saner 11.

Marion 51, Herington 44

Mulvane 73, Reno County 54 — Kaiden Abasolo scored 22 point for Mulvane, Aiden McKee 17 and Shannon Fuller 11.

Republic County 52, Eureka 27 — Republic County was led by Samson Thumann’s 1 9points and Trey Melton’s 14 points, 11 rebounds, three steals. Eureka’s Lyle Perrier had six rebounds.

Rose Hill 52, Concordia 46 OT

Webster Grove, Mo. 65, Wichita West 61

Wichita Heights 60, Garden City 47 — Marcus Zeigler had 14 points, T.J. Williams 13 and Amalachi Wilkins 12 for Heights. Wilkins had seven rebounds, Williams seven assists. Caleb Wiese had 13 points and Emilio Zundt and Jace Steinmetz each had 12 for Garden City.

Wichita Northwest 58, Blue Valley 50 — Tasean Williams hit four three-pointers and scored 25 to lead Northwest. Jackson Ackerman had 14 for Blue Valley.

Wichita South 66, Salina South 30

Girls

Andover 47, Liberal 46 OT

Clay Center 48, Remington 41 — Clay Center’s Hailee Bent had 15 points, nine rebounds in the win. Remington’s Bri Hoschstetler scored 13 points and Emily O’Brien 10.

Douglass 51, Marion 44

Eureka 47, Hillsboro 43 — Eureka’s Ashley Singhateh had 10 points, three steals in the win. Hillsboro’s Zaylee Werth scored 13 points and had six assists.

Hesston 40, Holcomb 29 — Hesston’s Kendal Brueggen scored 19 points and had 10 rebounds, four steals in the win. Holcomb’s Jera Kruleski had 15 points.
