Wichita Southeast Girls Basketball – Team Spotlight – Presented by Visit Wichita

The Southeast Girls’ Basketball team had a big season this year. For the first time since 1988, the team qualified for the state tournament. The team, who was led by Coach Dixon were ultimately defeated by Blue Valley North with a final score of 45 to 57.

The Lady Buffalos battled in that final game at The Koch Arena in Wichita. Showing a strong defense and even stronger athletes. Although that was where their season ended they made history getting there and should be very proud.
