Monday’s girls game

Wellington 59, Clearwater 48 — Clearwater had an eight-point lead late in the third quarter, but a huge fourth quarter from Wellington was the difference. Wellington outscored Clearwater 28-13 in the period as Val Norwood scored 11 of her 20 points in the quarter, Lyndi Barton six of her 12, Britt Zeka seven of her eight points. Clearwater’s Elizabeth Tjaden scored a team-high 19 points, Kaylee Hampton 11 and Justine Berlin 10.
