Boys

Abilene 72, Chapman 36

Andover 76, Salina Central 43 — Blake Rucker hit seven three-pointers and scored 25 points for Andover, and Quenci Bradford had 14 points. McClendon scored 14 and Farthing 12 for Salina Central.

Andover Central 62, Goddard 45 — Andover Central was led by Jace Adler, Cole Newfarmer and Jayden Brown, who each had 11 points, and Brody DeGarmo with 10. Jasnoski scored 22 for Goddard.

Circle 71, Winfield 41

Derby 65, Hutchinson 60 2OT — Derby’s Jack Ulwelling hit 6 of 6 from the line in the second overtime for the win. Ulwelling finished with 10 points, and Kaden Franklin had 22 points and 18 rebounds. Hutchinson’s Terrell King scored 17 — nine in the first quarter — and Jax Heneha had 12, Jai Clark 11.

Eisenhower 60, Arkansas City 34 — Eisenhower’s Chase George scored 15 points, Pierce Blue 14 and Larsen Schneider 10 in the win. Blue hit four threes, and Schneider and Derek Morgan each had eight rebounds. Arkansas City’s Kamari Jennings hit 7 of 12 from three and had 24 points, five rebounds.

Garden Plain 63, Belle Plaine 40 — Cooper Scheer and Seth Dugan both scored 17 for Garden Plain, and Kaeden Kasselman had 11 points. Caleb Ouellette scored a game-high 22 for Belle Plaine.

Maize 57, Newton 43 — Maize was led by Alan Hanna, who had 15 points, Charles Sharp 14 and Brayden Myovela 10. Newton’s Cole Dillon scored a game-high 25 points, Maddox Williams had 11.

Maize South 69, Campus 33

McPherson 43, Augusta 32 — Gabe Pyle scored 13 and Kyden Thompson 10 in McPherson’s win. Augusta’s Gavin Kiser scored 11.

Moundridge 54, Sterling 52 — Kreighton Kanitz had 21 points for Moundridge in teh win, and Bear Moddelmog had 10. Gray scored 14 for Sterling.

Valley Center 72, Salina South 58 — Valley Center was led by Austin Saner’s 17 points and Bryson Saner’s 12. Quevon Purucker had 17, Jace Humphrey 15 for Salina South.

Wichita Collegiate 60, Wellington 41

Wichita Heights 49, Wichita West 32 — TJ Williams scored 18 and Chase Robinson 11 in Heights’ win. Robinson had eight rebounds, four assists, and Amalachi Wilkins had seven blocks.

Wichita Northwest 51, Kapaun 49 — In the fourth quarter, Eli Benning scored 11 of his 17 points, and Tasean Williams six of his 11 in Northwest’s win. Kapaun’s Teagan Charles had 18 points and Will Thengvall scored 16.

Andale 57, El Dorado 24

Andover 61, Salina Central 39 — Brooke Walker scored 17, Aliyah Green 14 and Alana Shetlar 11 in Andover’s win.

Arkansas City 31, Eisenhower 30

Attica 45, Cunningham 31

Belle Plaine 35, Garden Plain 29 — Mady Talbot scored 13 points and had five rebounds to lead Belle Plaine. Garden Plain’s Alayna Hoheisel scored 10.

Beloit 58, Smith Center 47

Bishop Carroll 64, North 36 — Leah Henke scored 13 and Leah Littlejohn 11 in Carroll’s win.

Chapman 59, Abilene 47

Cheney 64, Conway Springs 48 — Cheney’s Ayres scored 16, McCormick 14, Hedstorm 11 and Black 10 in the win. Conway Springs was led by Macie Hartman and Melissa Ebenkamp, who each scored 14 points.

Circle 35, Winfield 29

Clearwater 50, Rose Hill 20 — Kaylee Hampton scored 13, and teammates Elizabeth Tjaden and Justine Berline had 12 apiece for Clearwater.

Derby 62, Hutchinson 46 — After trailing throughout the first half, including 32-26 at the break, Derby outscored Hutchinson 17-5 in the third quarter. Holding a 43-37 lead after three quarters, Derby scored the first six points of the period and held Hutchinson without a field goal until the 3:26 mark. Destiny Smith scored 10 of her 14 points in the third quarter for Derby, and Macayla Askew scored a game-high 22 points — eight in the final period. Grace Posch scored 17 to lead Hutchinson, and Kaia Smith had 14.

Goddard 34, Andover Central 25

Haven 40, Larned 28 — Sienna DeFrain scored 19, and Avery Brawner had 12 rebounds for Haven.

Hesston 62, Nickerson 46

Hutchinson Central Christian 52, Fairfield 29

Kapaun 42, Wichita Northwest 22 — Lizzie Romer scored 16 points to lead all scorers in Kapaun’s win.

Valley Center 46, Salian South 30 — Anna Duncan scored 11 for Valley Center. Salina South’s Paityn Fritz scored 13.

Wellington 71, Wichita Collegiate 17 — Wellington was led Britt Zeka (15 points), Val Norwood (13), Lyndi Barton (12), Kirstyn Gregory (11) and Dru Zeka (10)

Wichita East 58, Wichita South 54 OT — East overcame a 16-point deficit midway through the third period.

Derby 66, Newton 28 — After Newton tied the score at 11 with 1:16 to go in the first quarter, Derby went on a 25-0 run sparked by baskets from Jack Ulwelling, Gavin Houston, Brayden Smith, Kaden Franklin, Kohen Kotas, Cayden Titus and Avant Riley. Ulwelling finished with 11 points, hitting three three-pointers, and Franklin had 12 points, nine rebounds.

Girls

Derby 70, Newton 25 — Macayla Askew scored a game-high 23 points as 11 Derby players scored.
