Tuesday’s high school basketball scores, stats and recaps (Jan. 23)

Boys

Andover Central 50, Maize 44 — Andover Central’s Jayden Brown scored 18, hitting three three-pointers, and Jace Adler had 15 points. Alan Hanna scored 15 points to lead Maize.

Augusta 73, El Dorado 30 — Augusta’s L. Riggs scored 19 points and Gavin Kiser 18 as 11 players scored in Augusta’s win. Greene hit four threes and scored 15 points to lead El Dorado. Teammate Logan Garner scored 11.

Hutchinson 64, Derby 51 — Hutchinson’s Tai Clark scored a team-high 20 points, including seven points in the the second quarter when Hutch outscored Derby 16-5. Terrell King also had 11 points. Derby’s Mason Anderson scored a game-high 27 points, hitting four three-pointers. Kaden Franklin had 10 rebounds and two blocks.

Kapaun 67, Wichita North 27

McPherson 70, Andale 36 — McPherson’s Gabe Pyle made three three-pointers and had 27 points, five steals in the win. Cory Muelher and Kyden Thompson each had 12 points, and Jett Pyle scored 11. Owen Pyle and Muehler each had four assists. Harrison Potucek scored 17 points and had six rebounds for Andale.

Wichita Heights 77, Wichita Northwest 49 — Chase Robinson scored 20 to lead Heights, Amalachi Wilkins had 16 and Kmari Holt 10. TJ Williams had 12 rebounds, seven assists and five blocks. Jalihn Timmons had four assists and Wilkins had 10 rebounds, four blocks and three steals. Eli Benning led Northwest with 19 and Liam Calvert scored 10.

Girls

Arkansas City 50, Campus 21

Beloit 42, Salina Sacred Heart 31

Bishop Carroll 66, Wichita Southeast 27 — Leah Henke scored 26 to lead Carroll in the win. Southeast’s Leela Jones made three three-pointers and had 13 points, Alana Webb had 12.

Eisenhower 41, Salina Central 40 — Carly Dameron scored 14 and had 10 rebounds for Eisenhower.

Hesston 57, Pratt 36

Nickerson 53, Kingman 42

Rose Hill 35, Winfield 23

Wichita Heights 68, Wichita Northwest 22 — Samiyah Ellis scored a team-high 20 points for Heights, Kennadi Jackson had 14 and Destiny Maze 10.
