Few athletes made the impression at the state track meet than Tim Lambert. He won three gold medals and a silver. Tim broke Jordy Nelson’s state-meet record in the 100 meters by winning in a time of 10.55 seconds. Lambert also won the 200 (21.97) and he anchored the 4×100 relay to gold in a time of 42.93. He also took second in the 300 hurdles (39.48).
