Cedar Vale-Dexter 50, West elk 36 — Maddex Moreno scored 13 and Uriah Tillapaugh 10 for West Elk.

Wichita Heights 65, Kapaun 55 — Heights used a 10-0 run to take a 41-30 lead midway through the third quarter. Kapaun’s Will Thengvall hit a three to get within 58-52 with 1:41 to go, but Heights scored seven of the next 10 points to finish the game. Aven M’boule led Heights with 19 points, scoring 14 in the second half. Jalihn Timmons scored 11 of his 14 points in the second quarter, and Amalachi Wilkins and TJ Williams each scored 10. Robinson had eight rebounds, Wilkins seven and Williams had six rebounds, four assists. Thengvall led Kapaun with 20 points, hitting five three-pointers. Brooks Powers hit four threes and had 14 points, Teagan Charles scored 10, and Blaise Dalian hit two threes in the fourth.

Bishop Carroll 58, Wichita South 47 — Nine players scored for Carroll, with Lilly Martin scoring a game-high 18 points and Leah Henke 10. Zion Butler led South with 11.

McPherson 66, Andale 46 — Jaela Thompson scored 21 points, 10 rebounds and five assists, eight steals for McPherson, and Jalya McLeod had 14 points, Karter Alvord 12. Andale’s Piper Camp scored 13, Brooke Grimes 10 and Tay Orth had nine rebounds.
Mulvane 44, Clearwater 41 — Mulvane trailed all game until the final 20 seconds when it took the lead for the win. Allison Clevenger led Clearwater with 12 points, and Elizabeth Tjaden and Justine Berlin each had 11.
Trinity Academy 51, Dodge City 37
Wichita Heights 67, Kapaun 25 — Heights’ defense held Kapaun to five or fewer points in all but the second period. SaMiyah Ellis led Heights with 17 points, hitting 9 of 9 from the free-throw line. Kennadi Jackson and Mya Mayberry each had 10 points.
