Cline hired to lead Carroll’s wrestling program

According to a press release, Bishop Carroll has hired Kyle Cline to be its new wrestling coach.

Cline was formerly an assistant at Rose Hill High School and prior to that he coached at Strake Jesuit College Prep in Houston.

In his own wrestling career, Cline wrestled at Labette County where he was apart of a NJCAA National Championship team. He then wrestled at Newman University.

“I am very excited to add Coach Cline to the Bishop Carroll Family,” Bishop Carroll Athletic Director Tyler Frazier said. “Coach Cline has experience at all levels of wrestling that will be very beneficial to our group of wrestlers at BCCHS. His leadership and dedication to the sport will resonate throughout the wrestling program and school.”
