Boys

Andover Central 61, Salina Central 31 — Kobe Smith finished with 20 points to lead Andover Central, and Chance Gulley had 11.

Douglass 53, Marion 22

Heights 58, North 26 — Marcus Zeigler scored 13 points and Joby Love had 10 for Heights. Chase Harris had six rebounds and six steals. TJ Williams had four assists, and Amalachi Wilkins had 11 rebounds.

Kapaun 60, Southeast 47

Maize 71, Maize South 57 — Four players scored in double figures for Maize, including Kyle Grill and Avery Johnson with 17 apiece, Jaden Gustafson 13, Mason Belcher 10. Isaiah Atwater led Maize South with 17 points and Deven Butler had 15.

Northwest 53, Wichita South 49 — Northwest trailed South 37-29 heading into the final period. Northwest guard Geremiah Moore scored all 13 of his points in the fourth quarter, and Kee’on Hutton scored eight of his game-high 20 points in the same quarter. South was led by Asa Tarver’s 14 points and Terrance Hutton had 11.

Girls

Belle Plaine 43, Inman 36

Bennington 40, Kingman 36

Berean Academy 39, Garden Plain 36 — Wine led Berean with 16 points and six rebounds. Garden Plain was led by Celia Puetz’s 10 points, while Brooke Hammond had eight rebounds.

Ell-Saline 47, Independent 38

Maize 55, Maize South 39

Marion 57, Conway Springs 54

Medicine Lodge 57, Sedgwick 54

Remington 57, Trinity Academy 46

Salina Central 70, Andover Central 51 — Aubrie Kierscht scored 22 of her 28 points in the second half for Salina Central. Mykayla Cunningham had 10 assists.

Southeast 40, Kapaun 32 — Nyah Chandler led Southeast with 11 points.

Sterling 61, Cheney 50 — Sterling was led by Kali Briar’s 19 points and Bennie Horsch’s 17. Olivia Albers led Cheney with 18 points, Brynn McCormick 11 and Lies 10.
