Boys

Abilene 58, Wamego 52

Andale 51, Rose Hill 41 — Andale’s Paxton Spexarth and Seth Reichenberger led the Indians with 13 and 12 points. Rose Hill was led by Adriel Smith’s 16 points and Kellan Simoneau’s 12.

Andover Central 60, Arkansas City 36 — Andover Central was led by Kobe Smith’s 14 points and Matt Holcomb’s 12. Pierce scored 15 to lead Ark City.

Beloit 67, Chapman 37 — Burks scored 20 point to lead Beloit, hitting six three-pointers. Beisner had 16 and Q. Eilert 12.

Buhler 78, El Dorado 74 — Jack Voth scored 26 points to lead all scorers in Buhler’s win. Grant Ricker had 22 points and Isaiah Hern had 15. LJ Berkstresser scored 23 points for El Dorado, while Jeremiah Kemboi scored 20.

Cheney 71, Garden Plain 31

Clearwater 38, Mulvane 36

Derby 67, Campus 64 — Kaeson Fisher-Brown scored 13 points to lead Derby, scoring nine in the fourth quarter, five in the final 44 seconds. Campus led 51-45 early in the fourth quarter, but Jameer Clemons hit a three to start a 15-3 Derby run during which five players scored — Clemons, Fisher-Brown, Dallas Metzger and Amari Thomas. Zion Young led Campus with 24 points, 18 in the second half, while Andrell Burton had 13 and Kaason Thomas 12.

Haven 53, Larned 27 — Dalton Schrag scored 16 points in Haven’s win, and DJ Miller had 13.

Heights 52, East 23 — TJ Williams scored 19 points, and Chase Harris and Marcus Zeigler each added 12 in the win over East. Zeigler had nine rebounds and three assists, while Harris and Dreylin Kemp each had six rebounds, Harris four steals and Williams four blocks.

Hesston 83, Nickerson 27

Hillsboro 58, Hoisington 28 — Breckyn Ratzlaff scored 23 in Hillsboro’s win and Matthew Potucek had 12.

Holcomb 66, Lakin 61 — Holcomb’s Sizemore scored 17. LAkin was led by Allen Martinez’s 22 points and Servando Gonzalez’s 20.

Kapaun 53, West 17 — Kapaun played 17 players in the victory and was led by Teagan Charles’ 13 points.

Maize 44, Andover 40 — Maize’s Avery Johnson scored a game-high 13 points, and Jaden Gustafson had 10. BJ Redic led Andover with 11 points and Eli Shetlar had 10. Andover outscored Maize 16-4 in the third quarter, but Maize outscored Andover 21-10 in the final period — Sam Schmidt scored eight — to get the victory.

Maize South 64, Hutchinson 63 OT

McPherson 71, Augusta 56 — McPherson’s Seth Madron scored 24 points to lead all scores, and Cory Muehler and Kreighton Kanitz each had 11 points. Mason Miller had nine rebounds for McPherson, while Madron had four assists and Muehler five steals. Augusta was led by Kaden McDaniel, who had 19 points, and Josh Burton added 13 points and four assists, Gavin Kiser 10 points and six rebounds.

Northwest 68, Bishop Carroll 59 — Kee’on Hutton scored 22 points and Kevin Brown had 19 to lead Northwest to the win. Demarcus Hoover scored 10. Bishop Carroll’s Walt Gray scored a team-high 15 points, while Mikey Brand scored 13 and Jack Hartman had 12.

Norwich 65, South Barber 29

Pratt 64, Lyons 31 — Karter Hoeme scored 21 in Pratt’s win.

Sedan 55, West Elk 36 — Dameion Hatten scored 26 points to lead Sedan.

Smoky Valley 66, Halstead 38

Southeast 47, North 41 — Southeast was led by Amarion Walker’s 12 points. Jacob Wassall scored a team-high 15 points to lead North and Michael Bailey Jr. scored 12.

SE-Saline 77, Clay Center 46

Valley Center 74, Salina Central 54 — Noah Simmons scored 22 points to lead Valley Center, and Davin Schmelzle had 16, Sam Kemp 10.

Girls

Andale 55, Rose Hill 2 — McKenzie Fairchild scored 21 points to lead the Indians and she also had nine rebounds. Camryn Winter had five assists an Fairchild, Annabeth Baalman and Kyri Kerschen each had three steals.

Andover Central 69, Arkansas City 18

Buhler 53, Mulvane 22

Chapman 41, Beloit 30

Circle, Winfield 34 — Circle’s Kya Thornton hit 8 of 11 free throws to lead Circle with 13 points. Moree scored a team-high 10 points for Winfield.

Clay Center 38, SE-Saline 32

Derby 75, Campus 21

Garden Plain 51, Cheney 40 — Garden Plain’s Brooke Hammond scored a game-high 13 points and had seven rebounds. Teammate Celia Puetz had 10 points and four rebounds. Campbell Hague led Cheney with 10 points and four rebounds.

Goddard 55, Eisenhower 30 — Goddard was led by Maycee James (19 points), Lauryn Gordon (13) and Marayah Coleman (12). Eisenhower’s C. Dameron had 15 points.

Haven 47, Larned 32 — Reese Roper led Haven with 19 points and Carlee Bland had 10. Bland had seven rebounds, while Roper had five steals. BrieAnn Brawner added six rebounds and eight points.

Hillsboro 32, Hoisington 17

Hutchinson 47, Maize South 35

Maize 53, Andover 41 — Madi Lambert scored 19 to lead Maize, Brynley Smith ahd 12 and Brekkyn Pierce 10.

McPherson 47, Augusta 21 — Peyton Howard scored a game-high 14 points and Karter Alvord had 10 for McPherson. Howard also had nine rebounds, while Alvord had four steals, Chloe Clevenger had six rebounds and seven steals, Lauren Labertew had five assists and seven steals. Allison Timberlake had seven rebounds for Augusta.

Medicine Lodge 43, Douglass 38

Newton 47, Salina South 43

Nickerson 55, Hesston 40 — Nickerson’s Ava Jones scored 30 points in the victory. Anna Humphreys and Kendal Brueggen each scored 11 for Hesston.

Pratt 42, Lyons 28

Salina Central 71, Valley Center 40 — Aubrie Kierscht led Salina Central with 40 points, hitting 12 three-pointers in three-quarters of play. Anna Eldridge led Valley Center with 16 points.

Salina Sacred Heart 52, Republic County 23 — Katie Weiss and Avery Eshleman each scored 14 points for Sacred Heart.

Salina South 69, Newton 47

Southeast 54, North 14

Sterling 51, Central Plains 39

Wamego 69, Abilene 32

West Elk 47, Sedan 44 — Landrea Sears led Sedan with 21 points, while K. Harshman and Ware each scored 12 for West Elk.
